Little Darlings - 'Tis the Season

This week at Little Darlings Challenges, our challenge is to make a Christmas card. Is everyone sick of making Christmas cards yet? Not me, no holiday inspires me more than Christmas and today I have this Christmas card to show you using this sweetie from Little Darlings Stamps called Ice Dancer.

I used a few fun MIC digi images for my background that I thought worked really well with this image and they are: Ice Skating Lake, Cold by Light (I cut out the lightpost from this image group), and the Large Pine Tree digi stamps. I cut out and separated most of the images and used some gorgeous Memory Box dies. It might be a bit hard to see the row of houses and pine trees behind my Ice Dancer image.   Here is a close-up photo:

I used cherry ice colored stickles on her dress but unfortunately doesn't look so sparkly in this photo. :(  I colored my image with copics and enhanced the shading and highlighting with prisma pencils.

Well that's it for now, thanks for visiting me today! See you next time!

Where to begin Angela! Love the trees in the background as they remind me of The Grinch Who Stole Christmas! My all time FAVORITE Christmas story! The blue just sets the mood for the chill/cold of ice skating. Coloring as usual over the top gorgeous!
Merry Christmas to you and your family!
