Magnolia-licious Challenge - Color Challenge (orange,brown,teal)

It's time for another Magnolia-licious Challenge. We have a color challenge for you today and the colors are orange, brown, and teal.  Today I made a candy bucket tabletop decoration:

Unfortunately, the teal color I used didn't photograph quite as "teal" colored as I hoped.  I used Sitting Witch Tilda, which doesn't seem to be available right now at Magnolia-licious, but I'm sure it will be soon.  I also used a couple images from Whimsy stamps which I thought worked well in this project.

Copic colors used today are:  E99, E97, E95, E39, E35, E33, E31, E57, E55, E53, E51, C1, C00, Y000

It sure was fun picking out the brown and orange M&Ms to fill this bucket LOL! I'm stuffed! ;) As for the bucket, I can't quite remember where I got it from but it can only be from Michael's or Joanne Fabrics.

I will enter this project at the following challenges:

Addicted to Stamps - anything but a card
Magnolia Stamp Lovers - fall colors
Sentimental Sundays - autumn/fall

I hope you like my little project today. Please visit the Magnolia-licious Challenge blog to see the teams' awesome cards/projects.  Have a great day!

The Official Magnolia Inspiration Challenge - TOMIC 15

Our challenge today at TOMIC is coordinating with this month's issue of Magnolia Ink which has a chocolate theme.  So here is my creation for today:

I used that sweet cupcake template that Lillemor created and was in the Magnolia Ink chocolate issue. I love this little basket and it was so easy to make. Wouldn't it be cute for little party favors for your child's birthday?

This adorable Tilda is Oops Tilda from the "A Little Yummy For Your Tummy Collection."   I also used the butterfly and swirl doohickey dies from Magnolia to accent this project and my papers are digital papers from Nitwits. That fun pink fringe that I used to mimick frosting is from Love To Stamp - love that stuff!

I will enter this project at the following challenges:

Allsorts - flowers and swirls
Stamp Something - anything goes
Wags n Whiskers - anything but a card
Colour Create - pink, brown, cream, white

For my BLOG CANDY, please visit HERE.

If you haven't picked up this month's Magnolia Ink issue, you definately need to get this Chocolate issue - it is positively YUMMY! ;) Have a great week!

Ready for Christmas? and..... Blog Candy

Hello stamping friends! I am back from a much needed vacation and break from posting.  The summer's always feel like they fly by don't they? But I got to spend alot of time with my family making happy memories!

Had a great time earlier this month at Hershey Park. Definately the place to take your family if you like rides and my kids love them!  I'm ready for the cooler weather though, I do love the fall season. But before we start the fall cards, I have a Little Darlings Christmas image to show you.  Here is the card I made using "All For Me:"

I paired this cute Little Darling image that I got from Love To Stamp with this Christmas tree digi image that I had saved on my computer. I'm not quite sure where the tree came from but it could be a Mo Manning image...?  I thought the images fit nicely together.  What do you think?

I colored this image with copics and the papers used today are from the Basic Grey Jovial paper pack and my flowers are from WOC. The brads and stickers were part of my stash and I also used a Martha Stewart punch and Spellbinder die to make this card.

** Blog Candy Alert **

I have some blog candy I'd like to offer. I received some duplicate Magnolia stamps from Sweden that I'd like to share with you.  I have 2 lots to give away.

Magnolia-licious Challenge #19

Hello everyone! This is a prescheduled post as I will be on vacation most of August and not around blogland very much. I will be on the net on and off though.  Just catching up on some R & R before the school season starts up and the cooler weather moves in. Hope you all have been enjoying your summer vacation and the sunny hot weather!

So, today at the Magnolia-licious Challenge blog, our color challenge this week is to use Black and White and/or Monochromatic colors. This was a tough one for me as I've never colored in monochromatic or just black and white colors before.  Here's how my card turned out:

I've had these 2 Magnolia images for awhile and never had that chance to use them. But when I saw the inspiration photo for this challenge, I had to pull them out. Here is the photo to inspire us:

Details:

Paris Tilda
Eiffel Tower - doesn't seem to be in stock at Magnolia-licious right now.
Postcard BG Stamp by Whimsy - Love To Stamp
Spellbinder Fleur De Lis Accents
Spellbinder Nestabilities Labels 4
MFT rolled flower die
DCWV La Creme paper stack

Well, that's it for now. Hope you like my card today! Thanks for stopping by and have a great week!
