Magnolia-licious Challenge #5 - Green and Orange Color Inspiration and Awards

We are back with a Color Inspiration for you at the Magnolia-licious Challenge blog.  Cabio has chosen the colors green and orange.  Here is what I came up with:

I made a "welcome to the neighborhood" card.  Don't you just love that sweet little cottage from Alota Rubberstamps? I picked up all these stamps from Magnolia-licious.  I used my spellbinder dies to frame my cottage and added some gems.  My sentiment is computer generated.   Here is a list of the images I used today:

Tilda w/Spring Bundle - this one doesn't seem to be in stock at Magnolia-licious at the moment but I am sure it can be ordered
Sun - available
Alota Rubberstamps New Home - available

Copics used: E11, E00, E000, R20, E49, E47, E44, E42, Y000, Y11, Y21 Y23, YR23, YR24, G20, YG63, R27, R24, R22, W5, W3, W1, W00, C1, C00, YR18, YR16, YR02

Here are a few more pics:

I hope you can play along with us at the Magnolia-licious Challenge blog. Please visit the rest of my DT sisters for more inspiration.

I have received this award from my friends RubyTracy, and Cabio. Thank you so much girls! So I have to share with you 8 things about myself.  Yikes, I am so boring and I hate talking about myself but here goes:

1. My parents were born in Italy, so I am an Italian-American (please don't compare me to the folks on the "Jersey Shore show" though - eek!)

2. I would love to travel more (I have been to Germany, Austria, Leitchenstein, and Italy a couple times) but I hate to fly. It is my dream to visit Hawaii, Australia, and Great Britain (I have cousins living in England) but I fear I may need to be sedated for those trips... ;)

3. I sleep about 4 hours a night but wish for 8...

4. I used to be terrified of dogs but to make my kids happy we adopted a sweet puppy that I just love to pieces.

5. I have this desire to be artistic in any way possible so have dabbled in many different craft areas like cross stitching, needlepoint, knitting, polymer clay, painting ceramics, tole painting etc. until finally getting stuck on coloring with copics and making cards.

6.  Hmm.. my real name is Angelina but I use my nickname Angela. I do not have a middle name.

7.  I am a coffee-holic. Love it!!

8.  I grew up in the 70's and 80's but totally LOVE modern music and sing along with my kids (to their embarassment). My little one always says to me, "please Mom, stop singing." :(  teehee

Well, that was painful.. lol...  I'd like to share this award with all my friends who stop by to visit me here at my blog. I appreciate the time you take to stop by and leave me a comment!  xoxo

I have also received this award from my friend Regina.  Thank you so much! I am supposed to pick out 3 things that make me different from everyone else which I think can already be answered by reading my list of 8 above.

Whew! What a long post! Well, thanks for dropping by and have a great day!

I don't know how you did that Angela, but your coloring skill is gorgeous. What a great presentation of this card with all these wonderful stamps. You are an amazing gal my friend. It's fun to read more about you and I do love coffee too. I know exactly what you meant by brought up with 70's & 80's music and sing along with our kids but was told to stop singing. I think our daughters are with very similar personality. lol

Cabio
