Little Darlings - Fun in the Sun

Hi Everyone! This is Angela and it's my turn to share a Little Darlings card.  Today I've combined a few summer images on my card (I'm ready for summer, how about you?)

I've used Sitting Tilda with Butterfly on my card today. These gorgeous papers are by Maja Designs and I've used some beautiful flowers from I Am Roses to embellish my card with.  I've used 3 Doohickey dies today and they are the Swirl Doohickey die, Events Flags Doohickey die, and Tilda Doily.

Mini Monday with Lucky Edwin

Hi Everyone! Happy Memorial Day to you. I am currently at a picnic at my Aunt's house enjoying the first sunny day all weekend. We've had nothing but pouring rain and chilly temperatures during this long holiday weekend.  I actually had to build a fire in my wood burning stove to take the chill off.

Well, thanks for joining me today for Mini Monday at Magnolia-licious.  Today I used two stamps that fit perfectly together and that is Lucky Edwin and Golden Creek Background both in mini form.

I found a WANTED template, a REWARD template, and SHERIFF star off the computer and just printed them out on my color printer to embellish my card with. Aren't they fun?

Wee Wednesday - Ruby

Good morning! It's time for my Wee Wednesday posting.  Today I've made a card using the cutest Wee image called Ruby.

I loved coloring her, especially her hair.  For my card today, I used a Martha Stewart punch around the page punch for the card exterior.

I've used flowers from WOC to embellish with and also I made a flower using some handmade papers that I sprayed with Tattered Angels.  My papers are by First Edition Papers and called Rose Garden.  I used a sentiment from Little Darlings Rubberstamps from the Garden Sentiments collection.

 Here is my first project.  I made a cute wall hanging decoration for the kitchen featuring sweet Ratatouille. I found this cutting board at Michael's Arts and Crafts and I painted it in a yellow/cream color. Then applied the "Fruit Basket" papers to the board for some color and a raffia bow and other flowers and buttons were added to embellish this wall hanging.  I've tucked in a little sentiment from the new "Fairytale sentiments" also released with this collection.

My next project is this book box. I've seen so many book boxes in blog land that I decided to give one a try myself.  This cutie is Princess Peanelope.  Again, I've embellished with flowers and pearls. Also, I added another sentiment from the new Fairytale sentiments collection. This collection of papers is from the yummy Summer Sorbet collection.

Little Darlings Rubberstamps - Daddy's Girl

Hi Everyone! Well after a very frustrating week of losing internet connection I am back.  I definitely need to buy a new computer but in the interim we attached a wireless router to my laptop. But my computer is taking so long to connect to sites and even blogging has been difficult and taking way too long.  I am pulling my hair out. But at least it will get the job done while I continue blogging and posting my cards.  I'm thinking about getting an Apple computer but having used PCs all these years, I wonder if blogging and uploading pictures will be difficult or different for me on an Apple?  If anyone has any advice, please let me know.

Well today I wanted to share with you a card I made using this Saturated Canary image: Daddy's Girl.

She is super cute! I use Cryogen White paper to color on and as you can see, my camera reflected the sparkly bits on the paper.  It doesn't quite look like this in person.  I wish I new how to fix that, I did not use the flash when photographing this card. Again, if anyone has any advice, let me know. :)

The tag is a sentiment collection from Little Darlings Rubberstamps called Tag Alongs. Papers also by Little Darlings Rubberstamps called Summer Sorbet. I've embellished with flowers, ribbon, trim, a cute bear charm, and old fashioned pink tinsel that I found at Michael's Arts and Crafts. My image is colored with copics.

Computer Problems

Hi Everyone! I am at the library today logging in.  There is something wrong with my computer this past week and I can't connect to the internet.  I hope to have this resolved soon or I may have to get a new computer.  I hope to be able to post to my blog soon.
