Have you seen the new Doo Bee Pops from Magnolia?  Magnolia-licious has a huge selection of different colors.  They are great for adding some pop and dimension to your cards.  I have cut out a snowman using the orchid white doo bee pops and the hat is made with the peony doo bee pops.

That's it for today.  Thanks for visiting! Have a great day!

I've enjoyed making this spring card.  I hope you all liked it too.  Let me know what you think if you can. Have a great day!

Magnolia-licious - Birthday card

Hi Everyone!  We are one big team now at Magnolia-licious and there are so many other changes.  Please check out the Challenge blog and read all about it.

Today we have a new challenge for you at the Magnolia-licious Challenge blog and it's all about birthdays.  I've made a tri-shutter card to share with you today:

Images used today:

Charming Edwin
Up Up and Away

Here is a pic with the card closed:

I made the flowers using a circular die from MFT.  The butterfly is a Martha Stewart punch and the swirl or flourish is a Doohickey die currently available at Magnolia-licious.  My papers are by Webster's Pages.

I found these cute metal sayings at Joanne Fabrics and included them on my card:

Instructions for making a tri-shutter card can be found at Splitcoast Stampers.  Here is a link.

I hope you'll play along with our challenge.  You could be the winner of a special surprise from Magnolia-licious.

I will enter this card in the following challenges:

Time for Magnolia Challenge - anything goes
Ruby's Rainbow Challenge - roses
Stampin' for the Weekend - something metal

I would love to know what you think of my card and look forward to reading any comments you may leave. Thanks so much!  Please check out the beautiful cards from my fabulous teammates too.  Have a great day!

Love is in the Air

Hi Everyone!  I have made a shadowbox card that I'd like to share with you today.  I've used many Magnolias from the current collection.  I hope you like it!

My background paper is by Magnolia and I tried to mimick the hydrangea flowers in the patterned paper with my diecut flowers.  I sponged the flowers with Faded Jeans distress ink.

My images are colored with copics (but too many to list here).

Following are the images I used:

Tilda With Heart Spots
Tilda With Love Music
Sneezing Tilda
Tilda With Heart Socks (from Sweet Crazy Love Collection)
Bird Background (from Sweet Rainbow Collection) - link to mini image

Doohickey dies used:

Lovely Fence
Heart Swirl
Grass die

I've also used  the Spellbinder grand square die and scallop die.

I will enter this card into the following challenges:

Fab 'n' Funky Challenges - Valentines/hearts
Midweek Magnolias - Valentine
Bearly Mine Challenges - anything goes
Papertake Weekly - anything goes
Dutch Magnolia Lovers - Valentine

Well that's it from me today. Thanks so much for stopping by and have a great weekend! Most of the east coast are getting ready for a big storm coming tomorrow.  Be safe everyone!
